Terms of Service

These are the rules for using senmoveswear.com and buying from us. We've kept them short and honest. "We" is Sen Moves LLC, a Washington State limited liability company. Using the site or placing an order means you agree to these terms.
Who we sell to
- We ship within the United States only (V1).
- You must be able to form a legal contract (generally, 18+ or with a parent's involvement).
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we confirm and ship. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example, suspected fraud, an address we can't ship to, or a stock error. If we cancel, we tell you why (when we reasonably can) and refund you in full, promptly. We won't cancel arbitrarily; that's not how we operate.
Pricing and mistakes
Prices are in US dollars and can change, but changes never affect an order you've already placed. If we make an obvious pricing error (say, a $58 pair of shorts listed at $5.80), we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We'll email you first and, if you still want the item, offer it at the correct price. We won't hide behind fine print: honest mistake, honest fix.
Sales tax is added at checkout where required.
Shipping
- US addresses only.
- Delivery estimates are estimates, not promises. Carriers have bad days.
- Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, email us and we'll make it right. See the Returns Policy.
We ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Your privacy
How we handle your data (and the one cookie we use) is explained in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. Short version: we collect very little, never sell it, use no ad trackers, and count page views without cookies.
Your account and conduct
There are no shopper accounts in V1. When you use the site, don't: break the law, probe or attack the site, scrape it for resale, or impersonate us.
Our content and brand
The Sen MovesWear name, logo, product designs, photos, and site content belong to Sen Moves LLC. Please don't copy, resell, or use them commercially without written permission. Sharing a link or a photo of your own shorts on social media is obviously fine: we'd love that.
The studio directory
Facts about a studio belong to that studio, not to us: its name, address, and schedule are nobody's property. What we built is the compilation. Choosing which studios qualify, checking each one against its own site, writing the verification notes, and arranging it all state by state took real research time, and that compilation belongs to Sen Moves LLC.
So: look up as many studios as you like, link to any page, and quote a listing with credit. What you may not do is take the directory wholesale. No automated collection of listings in bulk, no copying a substantial part of it into another directory, app, or dataset, and no reselling it. If you want the data for research or for your own studio, write to hello@senmoveswear.com and ask. We are friendly about it.
Studio owners: if you want your listing corrected or removed, just tell us.
Copyright complaints
Most of what is on this site is our own writing, our own photography, and our own checking. If something here is yours and we published it without your permission, tell us and we will take it down. That covers a photo, a description in your own words, or anything else you hold the rights to. You don't need to send a lawyer's letter first.
Include the address of the page, what the material is, enough for us to see the right is yours, and a way to reach you. Send it to hello@senmoveswear.com. We are not a registered DMCA agent and we don't claim to be one; this is simply a real route to get something taken down.
Product use
Our shorts are activewear. Pole and fitness training carry inherent physical risk; train within your ability. Our products are not protective equipment.
What we're responsible for (plain-language liability limit)
If something goes wrong with an order, we'll fix it: replace the item or refund what you paid, including shipping where it was our fault. That's our promise and also our limit: our total responsibility for any order is capped at what you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect losses (like a missed competition because a package was late). Some states don't allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you; nothing here takes away rights the law guarantees you.
Our products are free of defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from delivery. If a defect shows up in that window, we replace or refund. See the Returns Policy.
Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
Email us first: most problems are a refund away. Anything we can't resolve informally goes to the state or federal courts of Washington.
Changes to these terms
We can update these terms; the version posted when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. We'll change the effective date whenever we edit.
