Privacy Policy

Sen MovesWear is run by Sen Moves LLC, a Washington State LLC. We collect very little, and this page tells you exactly what, in plain English.
The short version
- We collect the email and order/survey info you give us, plus a little basic technical info when you submit a form (details below).
- We never see your card number: Stripe handles payment.
- No ad networks, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting. Page views are counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you (details below).
- The only cookie is for our own admin login. As a shopper, you get no cookies from us, which is why there's no cookie pop-up.
- Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. It works.
- Ask us to delete your data and we will.

We use no advertising trackers and no fingerprinting. The technical details above are first-party: we collect them ourselves and store them with your submission (except your IP address, which is kept briefly and separately to block abuse, never alongside your submission). We never sell or share any of it with advertisers.
Analytics
To see how many people visit and which pages they read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is a small script from Cloudflare that reports the page you viewed, the page that linked you here, and your browser type. Cloudflare states that it uses no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and does not fingerprint visitors by IP address, browser details, or anything else. We see totals (visits, pages, countries, referring sites), never an individual visitor. Cloudflare receives your IP address in the course of serving that request, as any web server does; its privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. If your browser or an ad blocker blocks the script, the site works exactly the same.
Where it lives
Your form data is stored with our website host, in the United States. Access is limited to the store owner.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe: it never touches our servers and we never see it. Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy. We receive only what we need to fulfill your order (name, shipping address, what you bought, last 4 digits of the card).
Email (order confirmations, and marketing only if you opted in) goes out through a dedicated delivery service.
- Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link (as required by CAN-SPAM).
- Unsubscribe requests are honored promptly, within the legal 10-business-day limit.
- We never sell or rent your email address. Ever.
Cookies
We use exactly one cookie, and only for our own admin login. As a shopper browsing or buying, you receive no cookies from us. Because we set no advertising or analytics cookies, there is no cookie consent banner: US law doesn't require one for an essential, first-party cookie like this.

Two things are kept in your own browser's local storage (on your device, not sent to us and not tracking cookies): your shopping cart, and, if you arrived through a studio's link, that studio's referral code, for up to 30 days, so the studio gets credit if you buy. You can clear both anytime by clearing your browser's site data.
During checkout you're on Stripe's pages, and Stripe may set its own cookies to process your payment securely. That's covered by Stripe's privacy policy. Our analytics (above) set no cookies. If we ever add any non-essential cookie, we'll update this page and the effective date first, and add a consent choice where the law requires it.
Who we share data with
Only the services that make the store work: our hosting provider (which also holds the form data described above), Stripe (payments), an email delivery service, Cloudflare (the cookie-free page-view counts described under Analytics), and our shipping carrier (your address, to deliver your order). We don't sell data to anyone, and we don't share it with advertisers.
One more, in the interest of full honesty: our page typography is loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser fetches the fonts from Google, which means Google receives your IP address as part of serving them. It's used to deliver the fonts, not to advertise to you. (We're looking at hosting the fonts ourselves to remove even that.)
We would disclose data if legally required (for example, a valid court order). We mention this to be honest, not because we expect it.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe: click the link in any email, or email us.
- See your data: email hello@senmoveswear.com and we'll tell you what we have.
- Delete your data: email hello@senmoveswear.com with "delete my data" and we'll delete it. We may need to keep basic order records for tax/accounting law, but everything else goes.
We complete deletion requests within 30 days (usually much faster).
Your state privacy rights
Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional privacy rights, such as the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Email hello@senmoveswear.com and we'll honor any right that applies to you. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Kids
Our store isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child gave us data, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date. For meaningful changes, we'll note it plainly rather than sneak it in.
