One of only two pole studios in the whole of western Massachusetts, both in Springfield. Two-location operation with a sister studio in Hartford, Connecticut, which is out of scope here. Beginners are routed to a 60 minute Intro to Pole Basics class with no prerequisites, then a 4 week Beginner Pole Series, then Pole Level 1, with the ladder running up to Level 5 and Power Pole. Non-pole offerings include Acro Chair, Heels and Choreo, Flirty Floorwork, Low Flow and Basework, flexibility work and a Pole-Hab mobility class. A waiver is required before the first class. The studio advises shorts and a tank top because skin contact with the pole matters, and no lotions or oils beforehand. Free parking across the street and along the sidewalk.
