Pole-dedicated, established 2013, running more than 30 classes a week, which makes it the deepest schedule west of Boston. The ladder is long: Intro to Pole, then Pole 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0, plus an invite-only Pole 3/4, alongside Spinny Pole 1 and 2, Heels Dance 1 and 2, and Choreo 1 and Choreo-Pole 2. Non-pole offerings are Flexibility, Handstands, Liquid Motion 1 and 2, Pole Progressions and combo classes. Despite several third-party directories filing it under aerial fitness, there is no lyra, silks, hammock, chair apparatus or bungee here. The studio recommends four to eight Intro to Pole classes before levelling up. Advance registration is required for every class, with no walk-ins, and classes open for booking up to four weeks out. Drop-in is $30, valid 30 days. An annual Fall Showcase and charity event runs on September 26.
