Adults only, 18 and over. Levels are taught combined rather than in strict tiers, so a beginner is in the room with more experienced dancers rather than on a separate ladder. The signature format is a 90 minute Pole Lab pairing instruction with solo practice time. There are also open practice sessions, online classes, private lessons of 30 to 60 minutes in studio or online, semi-privates for up to three people, and periodic dance style workshops. The studio describes its coaching as trauma-informed. Worth knowing before booking: a pass must be bought before you can register, and registration is a separate step from purchase. In-studio drop-in is $28 with multi-packs down to $24 a class; online classes are $25 with a 20 class all-access at $450. They also sell standalone recordings and guides.
