Hybrid in an unusual way that is worth knowing before a first visit: the pole and aerial programme shares premises with a custom airbrush tanning and airbrush tattoo business under the same roof, so this is a mixed-use space rather than a dedicated pole studio. The movement programme runs as Aerial Pole Fuzin' Fitness and covers pole from beginner to intermediate, lyra hoop at all levels, aerial silks at all levels and chair, alongside belly dance, Fuze Cardio, Twerkout, New Moon Yoga and a mobility and stretch class.
